Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create recruitment strategies.
  • Screen candidates for technical skills and cultural fit through resume reviews and interviews.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
  • Stay updated on technical trends, tools, and terminologies to assess candidates effectively.
  • Track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness to optimize processes.
  • Assist in salary negotiations and provide a seamless onboarding experience for candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Familiarity with technical tools, frameworks, and IT terminologies.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, other job posting sites
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess technical competencies and cultural fit.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field is preferred.
