Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create recruitment strategies.
- Screen candidates for technical skills and cultural fit through resume reviews and interviews.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
- Stay updated on technical trends, tools, and terminologies to assess candidates effectively.
- Track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness to optimize processes.
- Assist in salary negotiations and provide a seamless onboarding experience for candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Familiarity with technical tools, frameworks, and IT terminologies.
- Proficiency in using ATS, other job posting sites
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field is preferred.
