Web Designers Experienced

We are looking for Sr. UI Designer/Web Designer/Graphic Designer to work on developing a range of Website Designs and Web Applications and be Part of a Dynamic team where learning curve is very huge as you would be working with the industry peers and with the latest design trends.

1. Smart visualizing capability.
2. Knowledge of Print works.
3. Ability to conceive and develop corporate branding, image, and style.
4. General technical competency required.
5. Self-starting, hard-working and inquisitive personality.
6. Proven experience giving presentations to internal and external customers.
7. Must work well with others of all personality types in an intense environment.
8. Teamwork, attention to detail, and great communication skills are required.
9. Software knowledge: Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or any other UI design tools.
10. Having knowledge on other Adobe software would be an added advantage.
11. Working knowledge of UX standards.
12. Solid understanding of web and mobile usability.
13. Any experience of creating prototype is a plus.
14. Experience in online retail, commercial applications, online marketing and communication would be a nice addition.

1. Inspire creativity throughout all design work.
2. Ensure that all design work is completed to the highest standard.
3. Ensure that the Design team is aware of trends & improvements in both techniques & technology that are relevant to the business.
4. Conceptualize, design, and produce user interface and navigation deliverables for website and feature development.
5. Utilize research to understand primary and secondary data as a basis for development of new experiences.
6. Participate in product usability testing process & brainstorming solutions to identified problems.
7. Interface with key stakeholders to incorporate business requirements in navigation and UI.
8. Understand how to use the latest Web technology to design dynamic, usable experiences.
