On the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, like other years, we took a break from our regular work schedule and performed Ganesh puja at Revalsys office on 25th August, the starting day of Ganesh Chaturthi this year. A Ganesh idol has been installed in our office; the arrangements and decorations of the festival are beautifully done in collaboration of the team members. All the team members of Revalsys Technologies participated in the Ganesh aarti and prasadam was distributed among all.
Ganesh Chaturthi, also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi is celebrated as the birthday of Lord Ganesha and is one of the important Hindu festivals celebrated throughout India with great enthusiasm. Starting on the fourth day of Hindu month of Bhadrapad, this festival lasts for ten days. It usually falls in the month of August or September. After worshipping the Ganesh idol for ten days, on the eleventh day of the festival which is also known as Ganesh Visarjan, devotees immerse the idol of Lord Ganesha in a sea or lake after a long gala procession through the city.
May Lord Ganesha shower His blessings on all of us and brings peace and prosperity.
Ganpati Bappa Morya!
