Easyrewards was the first of its kind start-up which had walked up to Revalsys for assistance in their business process. They had a small idea to begin a reward program service that would help their clients for rewarding their loyal customers. An outreach platform for all loyalty programs where customers can track, enrol, pool, and redeem points across programs. This will help your Brand Programs to cross-acquire customers and offer out-of-store rewards to drive spend. Customers are continuously engaged via monthly mailers, offers on easyrewardz.com. Currently live in 2000+ stores; we serve over 250,000 transactions monthly across 2 million customers. We also have the largest rewards platform across travel, shopping (over 5,00,000+ products across 1000+ brands), movie and recharge.

Providing a business process service was a day-to-day task for Revalsys. But providing a service which was for a “Loyalty Program as a Service (LPaaS)” client for a start-up was a new challenge and the solution should hit the bull’s eye with a sure success to make quick profit building their customer strength too.

After the thorough understanding of their objectives, what their Loyalty Program as a Service was going to benefit their customers with and who were their target audience, we set forward for the brainstorming ideation. The resulting outcome was a document on enhancements for the idea to make it a profitable business idea.

With the idea set, the next was the technology roadmap. Finding a procedural route to choose the best technology that would serve as a ladder to their business objectives. That was when they decided to have Easyrewards as their “Technology Partners”. Revalsys was hence committed to provide a complete technology solution which could give their customers an online portal to reach Easy Rewards, strategically use it as a property to attract customers by ending their searches into sales and show a notable improvement in their user conversion.
